Yamanaka Chalet is available for guests wishing to rent a cabin for any number of days. Reservations are accepted up to one year ahead.

The summer season at Yamanaka Chalet is from approximately July 20 through the end of August. Cabins are available to guests desiring to come for their personal summer vacation. Summer season weeks are generally scheduled from Tuesday to Tuesday.

Reservations for the summer season are accepted according to these priorities:
  1. Members of SEND International may sign up at any time.
  2. Beginning May 1, non-SEND families/couples/singles may reserve cabins for a full week or two full weeks. Requests can be made before that date, but will be put on a waiting list. Requests will be filled in the order they were received starting May 1.
  3. Beginning June 1 reservations will be taken for weekends or partial weeks to fill any openings remaining in the summer season.
